Short version: the IT check runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no server database, no analytics and no tracker.

    Held in memory, then gone

    The IT check keeps everything in the page’s memory on your own device. There is no account and no server-side database, and nothing is written to cookies or browser storage — close or refresh the tab and it is gone.

    The check makes no network requests

    Nothing you answer is sent anywhere. The check does not look up your domain, scan your network or contact any other service — your result is calculated on your device.

    You control who sees a result

    If you share a result, you are the one who sends it: the email button opens your own mail app, and the WhatsApp button hands the message to WhatsApp inside the link (see 07). We do not email it, sell it, or pass it to a sales team.

    No analytics, no trackers, no cookie banner

    There is no third-party script on this site, and the fonts are served from our own server. Nothing to opt out of, because nothing is collected. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard access logs — address, page and time — for security and troubleshooting.

    Enquiries go where you send them

    The enquiry form does not post to our server. It composes a message and opens your own WhatsApp or email app — nothing reaches us until you press send.

  6. 06

    Support tickets are the one exception

    “Get quick support” opens our ticket form, hosted on Google Apps Script. What you type there — your name, company, mobile number, email address, the issue and what it relates to, your contract type and its priority — is sent to the PureTechs support system so an engineer can respond. It opens separately from this site, and Google’s terms apply to it as well as ours.

  7. 07

    WhatsApp and email links leave this site

    WhatsApp buttons open wa.me, run by WhatsApp (Meta), with the message text inside the link — so WhatsApp receives that text as soon as the link opens, before you press send. Email links open your own mail app. Their privacy terms apply once you are there.
