What we do not promise. Civil and interior work — trunking, false ceilings, electrical points — is done by your contractor; we give them the cabling and power plan and coordinate with them. Internet lines depend on the ISP’s own installation dates. Hardware is quoted at the time of the plan, and we tell you what can be reused from the old office.

When should we involve an IT company when moving office?
Before the interior work is finalised. Cabling points, rack location, access-point positions and power are far cheaper to plan on paper than to fix after the walls and false ceiling are closed.
Can you move our existing server, email and Tally without losing a working day?
The move is planned around your working hours: email and files are moved ahead of time, and the server and Tally are moved and tested before staff arrive. The cutover window is agreed with you in the plan.
How long does an office IT setup take in Mumbai?
It depends on the size of the office, the civil work and the ISP’s installation date. The plan gives you a date for each step before anything is ordered.
How much does office IT setup cost in Mumbai?
It depends on the number of users and devices, the cabling points, whether a server or NAS is needed, the firewall and Wi-Fi sizing, and what can be reused from the old office. It is quoted after the survey from a written bill of materials — and an IT AMC can look after it from the first day.
