How to secure a small business network in Mumbai?
In order of return: MFA on email and admin accounts, endpoint protection on every machine, a tested backup with an offline copy, a business firewall with the guest and CCTV networks separated, patching on a schedule, and a leaver checklist. Everything else builds on those six.
Do you provide Microsoft Defender or another endpoint product?
Both. For Microsoft 365 Business Premium customers, Defender for Business is usually the sensible choice. Otherwise a managed EDR product is deployed and monitored by us.
Can you answer a client or bank security questionnaire for us?
Yes — we fill it from what is actually in place, fix the gaps it reveals, and provide evidence. See VAPT and compliance remediation when a formal report is required.
Our email got spoofed. What do we do?
Publish and enforce SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, turn on MFA, and check for forwarding rules or logins you did not create. We handle all of it and show you the DMARC reports afterwards.
Is this only for large companies?
No. Most of what we deploy is built for 5 to 150 user businesses and priced per user or per device.
How much does cyber security cost for a small business?
It depends on the number of devices and mailboxes, whether endpoint protection or a managed EDR product is needed, how many staff need MFA and access hygiene work, and whether a security assessment is part of the scope. We quote after an assessment, never before.
