What does an IT AMC cover?
A PureTechs AMC covers the systems listed by name in the contract — typically PCs, laptops, printers, the network, firewall, server or NAS, backup jobs and the email platform — plus monitoring, preventive maintenance, remote and on-site support and a monthly report. Anything not listed is an exclusion, in writing.
Comprehensive vs non-comprehensive AMC — which should we choose?
Comprehensive covers parts and labour within scope, so replacements do not become surprise bills; it suits offices with ageing hardware. Non-comprehensive covers labour and support with parts quoted before replacement; it costs less per month and suits offices with newer, in-warranty equipment.
How much does an IT AMC cost in Mumbai?
It depends on the number of users and devices, whether a server or NAS is in scope, how many sites there are, how much on-site time is expected, and whether parts are covered. We quote after a survey, never before — a price without a survey is a guess.
Can the AMC include Microsoft 365 and the firewall?
Yes. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, licence review, firewall firmware and rule review, and backup checks are normally part of the same contract.
AMC or per-call support: what should a business choose?
If IT problems are rare and nothing critical runs on the network, per-call is fine. If email, Tally, billing or dispatch stop when IT stops, an AMC with monitoring and maintenance is cheaper than the outages it prevents.
Do we have to run the free IT check first?
No. Ask for an AMC quote directly. The check is useful if you want a picture of where things stand before the survey.
