What we do not promise. We design and install the network; civil work such as trunking through walls or false ceilings is coordinated with your contractor. We do not run data centres — larger virtualisation or hosting needs are scoped case by case, and we say so if a workload belongs in the cloud instead.
Server & storage
The server layer, sized honestly.
A Windows Server with Active Directory earns its place when users, permissions and shared applications need central control. For many 5 to 30 user offices a Synology NAS with proper user permissions, snapshots and a tested backup does the job at a fraction of the cost — and we say which one fits before quoting. Either way: users and groups documented, permissions written down, the backup behind it tested, and the hardware from HP or Dell with a warranty date in your register.

Can PureTechs manage office networking and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Design, cabling, switching, Wi-Fi access points, ISP failover and ongoing management are core work, for a single office or several sites across Mumbai and MMR.
Do you set up Windows Server and Active Directory?
Yes — domain setup, users and groups, file-server permissions, group policy basics, and the backup behind it. Where a full server is overkill, a Synology NAS with proper permissions is often the honest answer.
How long does a new office network take?
A typical 10 to 40 user office is designed in a week and built in one to two weeks after materials arrive, depending on cabling and civil work.
Will guest Wi-Fi be able to reach our office data?
No. Guest Wi-Fi sits on its own VLAN with no route to servers or office PCs. CCTV gets its own VLAN too.
Can you connect our branch or godown to the head office?
Yes, with a site-to-site VPN over the firewall at each end, and a second internet line where the link matters.
How much does an office network or server setup cost in Mumbai?
It depends on office size and user count, how much structured cabling and civil work is needed, whether Wi-Fi coverage requires more access points, and whether a full server or a NAS fits the job. We quote after a site survey, never before.
